At the Olympic Hall tonight, memories and loads of emotions for an audience of 2,700!

Today article is freely translated from Le Dauphiné, French local newspaper. The original article is available here: http://www.ledauphine.com/savoie/2012/02/08/ce-soir-a-la-halle-olympique-des-souvenirs-et-beaucoup-d-emotions-pour-2-700-spectateurs

From 8 p.m. tonight, the event celebrating 20 years of the Albertville Winter Olympics will be supported by carefully selected performers. The panel of artists, handpicked, will be introduced by Sylvia Depierre, radio anchor of the 2-3pm slot on France Bleu Pays de Savoie.
The jazz trumpet player Erik Truffaz, whose style oscillates between elegance and sobriety, will set the tone for this birthday celebration firmly carrying a seal of quality. Born in 1960 in the Gex county, he should bring the audience to a new musical dimension.
The ice skater Lætitia Hubert will lead the Olympic Hall audience back to memories of her '92 olympic performance when her emotions prevented her from demonstrating the full spectrum of her talent.
A major attraction for this evening is Motus Modules Dance Company and its aerial ballets. These artists are used to scramble and mix genres and styles while adapting to the venue where they are performing. Tonight,  these dancers will definitely take advantage of the metal structure of the Olympic Hall to deliver vertical dances or suspended choreographies… Real magic in the heart of a metallic skeleton, what a contrast!
Another emotional sequence, with a more direct link to the Olympics, will be the new released movie “Retour sur Albertville 92”. Ordered by the city of Albertville and directed by Altius, it is bursting with archives, testimonies and anecdotes.
